What does it cost to run Wycombe Homeless Connection?

We need around £100,000 each year to employ the project team and acquire all necessary resources and equipment to provide year-round support services and the Shelter. 

As we receive very little statutory support we must raise funds continually. WHC welcomes donations in any form. Wycombe Homeless Connection Christian Trust is Registered Charity number 1131541. 

Giving regularly

We welcome donations of any size, but regular donations are especially valuable to us as they help us to plan ahead. Please consider joining our Lifebuilders who support us monthly.

• £10 a month pays for a meal for 25 at one evening session that is often the first step for a homeless person towards accepting help
• £20 a month pays for the WHC staff’s work for one day helping individuals rebuild their lives
• £30 a month pays for the WHC mobile phone for a year so that staff can respond to calls for help

Organisations like Virgin Money Giving, Justgiving, Stewardship and the Charities Aid Foundation can all reclaim Gift Aid for us where appropriate, thereby adding 25% to the value of your gift at no cost to you.

Giving by cheque

If you pay income tax and would like WHC to benefit from Gift Aid, thereby adding 25% to the value of your gift at no cost to you, please download a Gift Aid declaration, print, complete and return it with your cheque. Cheques can be made payable to 'Wycombe Homeless Connection' and sent to the WHC office, whose address is shown here.
