In the past 12 months, we’ve helped more than 500 people experiencing housing crisis. That’s 15% more people than we helped the previous 12 months, showing that demand for our services is more in need than ever. To those people, we've given 2944 sessions of face-to-face support – which includes a number of activities from benefits advice and housing form filling to tenancy support meetings.

In the last three months we've engaged with more than 200 people, which is 15% more than the same quarter last year. We've had an average of 14 people visiting our Support Centre and we've given out 798 instances of support in the last three months alone – 19% up on the same quarter last year. These increases again suggest that demand for our services is not going away any time soon.
