Support Team Manager, High Wycombe Starting salary: £26,615 to £31,880 pa depending on experience Office-based, 37.5 hours per week including occasional evening and weekend working We seek an experienced individual to lead our team of advocacy and support workers in the fight against homelessness by supporting and motivating the team to deliver excellent services helping to deliver support and advice to homeless people contributing to the charity’s strategy as part of the management team collaborating with the volunteering manager to deliver our winter night shelter project The successful candidate will have excellent people management skills and experience of homelessness or a similar sector. He or she will be able to support a hardworking team, network with partner agencies, think strategically and deliver high quality support and advice to clients. The ability to travel around the High Wycombe area, sometimes in the evening, is essential. Marketing and Fundraising Manager, High Wycombe Starting salary: negotiable depending on experience Office-based, 22.5 hours per week including occasional evening and weekend working We seek an experienced and inspirational leader to help tell the story of homelessness and grow community support by leading the charity’s marketing and fundraising activities managing the charity’s communications officer and marketing and fundraising volunteers contributing to the charity’s strategy as part of the management team The successful candidate will be an outstanding communicator, familiar with relevant technologies and confident handling financial and other data. He or she will be collaborative, energetic and self-starting. At least four years’ experience are required in a similar role, ideally in the voluntary sector, with two years in a supervisory role. The ability to travel around the High Wycombe area, sometimes in the evening, is essential.
