Meet Alex! He’s found a way to keep fit and healthy during lockdown and raise money for Wycombe Homeless Connection.

He’s doing a #100challenge and is donating £5 to us every day he completes it. It’s 100 days of 100 exercises like sit ups, air squats, skips and more!

Alex says: “The daily workouts are good for the body and mind, and a bit of fun to create some routine with the kids, but the message is deadly serious. Homeless people in poor health in our community would be alone as this virus sweeps through preying on the most vulnerable. Without donations from the public getting them the help they need simply isn’t possible.”
