Job opportunity: Volunteering Manager It takes hundreds of dedicated volunteers to help Wycombe Homeless Connection serve the people in our community who are homeless, or at risk of becoming homeless. And now we are looking for a person with experience of people management and non-profit/voluntary organisations. As Volunteering Manager you will ensure that all aspects of volunteering are well managed as you help recruit, train and develop our volunteers. Volunteers helps us deliver all our of support services including the Night Shelter, Support Centre and our Legal drop-in. They also work behind the scenes in the office, sorting donations, run fundraising events and much more. And you’ll play an important part of the Wycombe Homeless Connection leadership team ensuring we prevent homelessness before it starts. We are an award-winning charity serving hundreds of people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and hold the Queen's Award for Voluntary Service. Due to the nature of the role there is an Occupational Requirement in line with the Equality Act 2010 for the post holder to be a Christian.
