Office administration assistants Be part of a team that allows WHC to help over 500 people every year! We have a volunteer vacancy in our office administration team on Tuesday afternoons from 1pm till 5pm. This role is essential to keep the charity helping homeless people effectively. The role involves answering the phone, forwarding emails and responding to the entryphone – but also has the potential for more specific projects depending on skills. This role would suit an organised individual who can commit to doing most Tuesday afternoons; who has a good standard of communications on the phone, in writing and in person; and who has a reasonable working knowledge of email (ideally Outlook), Microsoft Word, Excel and Windows Explorer.
