WHC may store your data using a company which is located in another country but which offers safeguards as required by UK law.

WHC will not share your details with any other organisation unless legally obliged to do so.

We will delete your information within four months of the event for which you were mentioned as an emergency contact.

You may contact WHC at [email protected] or on 01494 447699 or at 8 Castle St, High Wycombe HP13 6RF to request to access your data; to have it corrected; to restrict or object to our use of your data; or to have it erased. If you object to our use of your data under our legitimate interest, then we may no longer be able to allow the attendance of the person who mentioned you as an emergency contact.
