We help people who are homeless or facing homelessness.

We aim to work with you to understand your situation and help you find out what your options are. If we think you are entitled to housing help from the council we will put you in touch with them. Our focus is on people who are not entitled to help from the council and then provide support to help you pursue any options that you would like to explore.

We run a range of services for you...

Support Centre

Our Support Centre is open Monday to Friday 10am – 12.30pm. You can drop-in, there is no need to make an appointment.

We are at Oakley Hall, 8 Castle Street, High Wycombe, HP13 6RF. See a map.

Our team can also be reached on 01494 447699, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.

We can help you:

  • Work out your options to find or keep accommodation that will suit your situation.
  • Apply for the housing benefits you are entitled to.
  • Work with other organisations you need to work with.
  • Complete the forms for Bucks Home Choice, hostel applications, personal identification and so on.
  • At important meetings with your doctor, landlords, to court appearances and other appointments.
  • With practical items like clothing, emergency food packs, home starter packs and other emergency assistance.

We can also provide access to:

  • the internet, phone lines, scanning and printing
  • free showers, laundry, toiletries and food
  • free healthcare
  • free counselling and therapy

Our premises are wheelchair accessible, but there are no wheelchair accessible toilets. We are sorry about this and if this would mean you can't visit, please get in touch and we can arrange to meet elsewhere.

Legal drop-in

We provide free legal housing advice that may be able to help you:

  • Stop or delay an unfair eviction
  • Liaise with your landlord
  • Access help with rent arrears
